you have to add Affedevit. This is mandatory and may cause for refusal in initial stages. Ive seen few cases earlier like this and they got rejected. If you find no other way of making an affidevit, then raise a webform and update your concern to CIC ASAP.

This will only work if there is no way to get it. However, there only few places like this.
