You have to, read the instructions as per CIC website

you have to add Affedevit. This is mandatory and may cause for refusal in initial stages. Ive seen few cases earlier like this and they got rejected. If you find no other way of making an affidevit, then raise a webform and update your concern to CIC ASAP.
