While e-APR, I submitted old PP and I have renewed my PP recently because the expiry was nearing. Please let me know, if I can send new PP details through CSE form ?
Will I need new PCC for new PP ?

Guys, do you think the corona virus situation will affect our processing times?
Things are getting worse around the world with each passing day!

There was a newsletter saying that processing will continue but there may be delays if ircc offices are forced to close.
Another way of looking at it is that people who have only recently applied aren't going to be able to get medicals and biometrics, this could mean a delay in processing these applications.

Perhaps they will focus on applications that are already in, and the processing could be faster for some? Probably wishful thinking.

I just got an email cancelling my Biometrics appointment in London, Ontario.
The processing will be affected for sure.
They say we now have 90 days to give the biometrics, but I'm not sure how this will reflect in my application processing time.

Me too. My appointment was in Mississauga, Ontario. Currently, progress bar is 9%

Hello, I just called CIC and asked what if I wasn't able to do the biometrics within the 90 days extension they provided due to booking an appointment with Service Canada offices.
- agent said that, I should inform them the reason why I wasn't able to do it within the time frame they gave and provide proof (like appointment letter/email from Service Canada and send it through the IRCC webform.

Yes. You will only be able to schedule your biometrics appointment when Service Canada locations return to normal operations
