Hi February applicants. Did any one receive an email from IRCC about a survey on government funded settlement services when you came to Canada? I received an email just today and it says it will not affect current or future applications with IRCC. Im not sure wether to answer the survey or not coz im not sure if my application will really be affected or not.

Any input or opinions welcomed.

Hello frnds, i am a silent follower of this forum, i need some advice on this

My ecas shows correspondence sent on 28 june and another line under that says correspondence sent on 9july. So i called the call centre to clarify the situation. They told me they sent FP request by mail on 28 june ( 1st correspondence) and then they cancelled that and sent me another FP request via e-mail but i didnt receive either of those. They got my right email addrress. I also checked the junk mail, not there.
Is something like this happened to someone? Should i go do the FP without that letter? Any advice is appreciated

I've never had the fingerprint request (yet) but I'd call the IRCC and get them to send it via regular mail instead.

Quick question. I'm February applicant for Citizenship from Brampton. My file is in process & my local office is Mississauga.

I am moving to Hamilton next month. I will update my address with IRCC.

Will my processing office change too?

Please guide.

if they haven't opened your file, then it will. if they are already processing then too they ll try to fit you in Hamilton provided a spot is available or you might be in Brampton area.

They sent it via regular mail in the first place but then they cancelled that and sent via email the second time but i didnt receive either of those correspondence

Something interesting regarding the processing. My friend from north of Toronto applied in December, got AOR in Feb and in process in early March, took test end of May, yet to get Oath date.

His wife and kid applied in March got In process date as 3rd week of June. His wife got Test invite now, within 2 weeks of in process date of June, I see lot of in process dates in April/ May not getting test invite. Not sure how her application got processed? Their application is being processed at Scarborough office. But people from Toronto and Scarborough are not getting test invite...
