how we usually receive invitation to test, by phone or mail only?

It depends on your application, if you put your email address then they will send invitation through email, but if you didn't, it's going to be mailed to your provided postal address by letter.

Hi February applicants. Did any one receive an email from IRCC about a survey on government funded settlement services when you came to Canada? I received an email just today and it says it will not affect current or future applications with IRCC. Im not sure wether to answer the survey or not coz im not sure if my application will really be affected or not.

Any input or opinions welcomed.

I got the same survey exactly when I turned 5 years of Canada. It was couple days ago
