Hi,
I applied for PR on 3rd feb 2014. I have done medicals and also paid the RPRF fees as well. I have added my new born son application on October 2014. His medicals also done by November 2014 . Then i got email for "Please provide written evidence that you intend to live in a different province than Quebec in order for me to take a final decision on your application." I had written them back that i have moved to India and i am not willing to work in Quebec. After that i didnt get any updates from CPC-CTD-Ottawa. Am i missing something or else do i need to ask them about the status or have to wait until this month end. Please advice.
omg, finally i see what does the RPRF request email look like. My timeline is shown under left side bar.
admin, you may put me there if you have time to do so.
just one question i hope someone can answer me.
quote--- "",,,,,For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca and copy CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca""
what does that word "copy" mean? (Do i need to CC the second email address or ,,,,??)
besides, I paid RPRF fees upfront only 10 days ago, and send one email to cost recovery email address. Should i re-send it?
thanks a lot. and best luck to all of us

I paid upfront RPRF on Jan 6, 2015 as well, but I only emailed my receipt to
[email protected]. Do I have to email the receipt to
[email protected] again.

Cic asked u this question bcos of ur past i.e. you lived n worker in Quebec. And to apply for a CEC PR, the applicant has to attest that they dont intend live in qc.
Probably you hv to send proofs such as "Job offer" from other province or applying for job/finding a apt to rent out in a different province or a letter of support that a friend or family, who will accommodate you wen you land as pr etc. There were many of us in your situation in this forum, but were successful, may be you can refer to some other threads as well.
