Hi friends , Received GCMS note today after noon . (GCMS note data snap taken as on 31 Dec 2014)
Noting much change except medical section for my self (PA).
Now
"IME status" is filled with "Assessed".
"Reason for closure" is "Granted".
"Description" also updated with my Old MR result (Don't know why VO not considered new result , where my XRAY result was clear and OK)

I have 2 Question :
1) Why in "Assessed for" section it is written "TR only" note: TR is here temporary resident .
It should be "All" . In my wife and child section this value is filled with "All" .
2) Why if Reason for closure is "Granted" for all of three. Medical is still "In progress" for me. it should be "Passed" i think.

Can Any one please help me if faced similar situation

History:
1) After I received letter from CIC for further test for Inactive TB , result sent to CIC by (Public health) on 19th Dec , which I expect CIC must received around 24th Dec . This could be reason they have not updated my file till date GCMS data taken (i.e. 31 Dec 2014)?

Well, I am starting to lose patience.
After the secondary review initiated in September, there is no more news up until now

I ordered GCMS note again, but it won't be here until 1 month later.

I also created an EE profile just preparing for the worse.
Not sure why this is taking forever.

In all possibilities, it means passed. What is the status in ECAS?

Hello Vishal , yes I also feel so it is passed but TR Only i am not able to understand .

ECAS is still "Application received "
but in GCMS note application status is "in Process"
Most probably public health result still not evaluated in my case.

Don't know when I will get PPR

I have submitted my application in February 17th 2014 to Canada Ottawa office and received my AOR on March 13th 2014.(fees deducted from my credit card)

I have submitted my Police clearance certificates and all other details with my application.

I have sent an email to CPC Ottawa office on September 6th 2014 requesting when will I get my medicals ...I have received an update on September 18th 2014 stating that

Our office confirms that your application is being processed as per our regulatory timeline.
Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.
We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within 6 months as this could delay your application.


So I asked them how long is your normal processing time on October 3rd 2014

I have received an update on October 6th 2014 stating that

Unfortunately our office cannot confirm when your request to complete a medical exam will be issued.

I emailed CPC Ottawa office again on January 1st 2015 and January 5th 2015 : No response yet

I have submitted a request for GCMS notes on January 8th 2015 : No response yet

It is has been more than 11 months but no response yet from CPC Ottawa office on my medical request.

I would appreciate if you could anyone let me know if they are in this situation.

My suggestion is to order GCMS notes instead of sending e-mails.

GCMS note typically takes 30 days from the day of apply . You will get it by 4-5 Feb, 2015 .
It will definitely help you to understand application situation

Today got mail from CIC (Hard copy) about compliance of my surveillance. .
They mentioned "Our office confirms that you completed surveillance as request by our office , we have received your result for IME XXXXXXXXXX. and same updated in your immigration file "

Letter is dated on 28th Jan .
The above IME XXXXXXXXX I can see in GCMS note also.

It's my guess Medical related RMO,dept update MR part for CEC application

Lets see what next step now from CIC.
But bit relaxed
