FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

I used the same consultancy in Delhi. I just did my fingerprints with them and had send them myself. They did tell me about their services in brief but I didn't opt for them.
I would suggest you get your fingerprints done from them and send them yourself, currently the time is reduced and you will receive in 10 weeks.

Thanks for info..may I know when did u get ur ITA and when did u applied for US pcc..also how much extension CIC give if they dont receive US pcc within 60 days of accepting ITA...Please share as much info u can...thanks

As long as you provide evidence of submission of FBI request they would wait. They are well aware of the issue.

I have not received ITA yet.

My FBI PCC timeline is the previous page of this thread, please check. And as Andy108 said you just need to show evidence that you have requested you will be granted an extension of 60 days. I have seen on the forum that people have got extension even twice because of non availability of FBI PCC so that wouldn't be an issue at all.

Just an update for everyone,

my records were mailed by FBI on 9/20 and did not come in.

I spoke to customer service and was asked to submit a statement via fax stating that I did not receive the request by mail along with personal details.

You can add the courier tracking receipt proving that you have sent it to FBI office. In addition, if you have emailed FBI asking for a status, you can atatch that correspondence as well. I added both the documents to my LOE and I was granted a 60 day period.

It is a mistake to send your package without tracking. Only after a wait of 12 to 14 weeks you will know whether your application reached them or not.

I sent via USPS mail box and I am pretty sure it'll reach there.
But, you're right; having tracking number would have been a litle less stressful for me.

Hi... I Just spoke to the customer Service at FBI . They are currently at August 25th .

I had sent my application on the 1st but due to the labor day weekend it got delivered on the 7th.

The Lady was very courteous and said that my file was probably through a couple of their departments.

She said I could check In a week or so if they have it ready to be mailed
