Card Charge by FBI: August 29, 2016
Identity History Summary report mailed by FBI to India: September 19, 2016

Mail never arrived.

Fax requesting 2nd summary report sent on: October 21, 2016 (after mandatory 4 week wait as per USPS international mailing times)
2nd summary report mailed to US address: September 26, 2016
Summary Report received in US: September 29, 2016

My 4.5 month ordeal comes to an end!

Not necessarily, they will charge even if they dont accept your prints.

Here's my timeline:


Fingerprints\Application Received by FBI: 13th October
CC Charged : 4th December
PCC Received (at US address): 16th Dec
