FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

Is FBI PCC still valid if I enter US after it has been issued?

No, you will have to redo it unfortunately

Nope, my letter was delivered to fbi on june 21st, im hopin that they will open my envelope by the end of this month

Fingerprints delivered June 5th. CC charged yesterday. Deadline is August 29. Delivering to NYC. Expecting to get it one day before or one day after deadline :s

Got my PCC just now. Here are the timelines:

Delivered to FBI: May 22nd 2017
Credit Card charged: August 7th 2017
Mailed out from FBI: August 15th 2017
Delivered to Home address (California): August 18th 2017

Hi guys,

Got my PCC delivered to India address couple of days back. It took more than 30 days to reach India. If you have friends/family in US may be it is a good idea to use US address to save time.
Also, I submitted LoE and received two-month extension. So no need to worry if you don't receive the pcc before the ITA deadline. Just submit LoE with proofs mentioned in several forums, and you are good to go. In some threads, I've seen some high-score individuals are considering canceling ITA for this reason, but I think it is not at all needed.

my receipt doesnt have the zip code . but it says received by L.WAGNER..

I got response from FBI that they have received on 2nd June and that they are processing 31/05 App..so big relax..next week my CC should be charged (waiting)though in this forum CC have been charged even for 6th June as well..but its ok even they process well..one or two days here n there should be ok

They told you they received the package? I thought they have no idea who sent packages until they open it. Do they tell you ahead of time that they got the package even if they haven't opened it.

Guys please advise as it's urgent. I had my card charged 8/2 but didn't receive my report yet
Very stressful situation as I only have ten days to deadline
Also I am in the US and changed my address and sent the the change of address form before they charged my card not sure if they sent it incorrectly because I called FBI more than a week ago and they said it has been sent the day before. Now I am thinking may be they sent it to the wrong address!
Has anyone been in this sucky situation and please advise what to do?

Hi Canadianspirit,
I advise you to call them tomorrow to ensure if they have mailed out the report to the right address. Anything is possible and it is better to call and verify.

My deadline is Aug 30th, & I have received an email that the FBI office is opening application June 6th. I have FedEx confirmation receipt that the application was delivered to the FBI office on June 14th..... Wanted to hear from anyone who had similar experience before & what happened to their PERM application?... Really worried!!!

It is not possible for you to catch the 8/30 deadline. Would recommend you submit your application now with LoE.
