Sometime in February you should be getting it. Mine reached on September 20th ..

Thats correct ... Have you got an ITA already ? If that's the case, most probably you would need to request IRCC for an extension.

Haha thats true! IRCC too will get used to delays from FBI side. Hopefully, once the new eDO system goes live in Jan'18, all the backlog gets processed faster!

If it truly does go live, I am going to apply again just to get the PCC faster - paying another $18 is nothing if we can get speedy processing.
