You don't need to worry about that. The checklist is for your own reference to make sure you didn't forget any of the other documents when sending out the application
Hello everyone, I just submitted my FBI PCC, but I suddenly found the scan copy was without watermark "Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation" which is on the central place of the original copy. It may be the scan problem. I want to ask if it is going to be a problem to CIC? Hope I would not get rejected by this. Thank you.

In my CSE, I included a detailed explanation of the situation and why I was requesting for an extension and attached all documents .. emails communication from FBI etc. You can calculate, based on the current trend, how much time do you see it would take for get your FBI PCC and accordingly ask for those number of days as extension .. always better to keep a few weeks buffer ..
Given that it is holiday season, I would add an additional 10 days to delivery.
Looking at the people that had their prints delivered in August, the average number of working days (based on us federal calendar) has been 68.76 days (~ 69 days). (sample size 5)
My package was delivered on 11/11/2017. Based on the same calculation (removing weekends and holidays), I should expect to hear on 2/23/2018 - which is 5 days before the end of my extension.
