Hi Experts,

- If FBI PCC doesnt arrive on time. What all should be mentioned in LOE and what reference documents will suffice

Hey congrats. My FBI PCC reached them on 15 AUG. Hope I get it on 15 NOV as per current trend.

I read it some where we can ask for extension from web form and if we don't get extension then submit the application with letter of explanation and the FBI mail and Credit Card receipt and courier receipt(if you have any of this). But this is not 100 % guarantee that they will accept you LOE depend on case officer.

Called FBI earlier today. Processed and i was told it would be mailed out tomorrow. Hope i get it within 8 days.
Reached FBI on 2nd June, CC charged on 17th Aug and i just had one copy of fingerprint. Glad they accepted it

Thx. My only guess is that ITAs weren't issued in the month of June. That could have reduced the number of requests. Their pace seemed to have increased in the last week.

Those who have received FBI clearance certificate, I have a question for you.
Is the date on the FBI clearance certificate same as the date on which your credit card was charged?

NO, my credit card was charged on August 9th and date on FBI PCC is 14th.

Congrats! Im stressing as I also only submitted one card (only learnt later that we can send up to 5). My application was signed for on 9 June and card charged 21 August.

I hear you. In my case, i got it done by a fingerprint service guy. He seemed to know what he was doing but I was kind of 50:50. I would suggest try calling them tomorrow to check as yours was charged on Monday. They should be able to tell if fingerprints were fine. Good luck.

I submitted my PR application without FBI PCC but included a detailed LOE along with copies of all the proofs like finger prints copy, moneyotser, tracking number , email Fromm fbi etc. CIC accepted my application and they gave me 60days extension for submitting FBI PCC.

Reached me: 25 Aug

i am happy for you but just curious too at the same time. the first report was mailed out was 14aug? and then it got lost and then another and still you had fbi mail you a third one which you got by 25aug?
