I submitted my PR application without FBI PCC but included a detailed LOE along with copies of all the proofs like finger prints copy, moneyotser, tracking number , email Fromm fbi etc. CIC accepted my application and they gave me 60days extension for submitting FBI PCC.

when you say "email Fromm fbi" - like were your prints rejected and you sent another one?

i am happy for you but just curious too at the same time. the first report was mailed out was 14aug? and then it got lost and then another and still you had fbi mail you a third one which you got by 25aug?

No man..the one for may 22 didn't get lost ..long story.. we sent our first app to them in September 2016 and the results got lost -twice. Then we had a delay because of fingerprints legibility.

I sent an email to FBI few days back to check on the status and they had the standard reply - Something like, we are taking 10-12 weeks to process etc. etc.
I sent his reply as a proof that I have been following up with FBI and that FBI is taking 10-12 weeks
