Hi,

I got an ITA and in the process of getting the PCC from FBI. My wife's fingerprints are not very visible and
we have given the prints twice and got rejected both the times which mentions that the finger prints are not very clear. I was wondering if there is any other way to get the fingerprinting done. I am planning to get it done one last time.

How do I mention this in the letter of explanation and would there be any issue with this?
