Dear Sir, in the immigration checklist form IMM5612E
it states that
•
Additional supporting documents may include:
•
copies of work contracts, and
•
copies of pay stubs
However, it doesn't state that it is necessary to do so. Can I submit my form without attaching copies of pay stubs ?
Dear Members,
I am a aspiring immigrant to Canada, planning to immigrate under NOC 1111. However, I have a issue with work experience. The work experience I have is by helping my dad in his business, (for which I didn't take a fixed salary as he was already supporting me with my basic needs) Therefore, I don't have any pay slips as I never took a salary from my father. However, to confirm my work except I can provide a work experience certificate signed by my Dad who is the sole proprietor of the business. Do you think this will be accepted by the Canadian Immigration ?
Please note that the business is legally registered in the country of Application.
Hi Tbear,
Please update us on your status and how you went about it. I am in similar situation as you.
