Dear Members,
I am a aspiring immigrant to Canada, planning to immigrate under NOC 1111. However, I have a issue with work experience. The work experience I have is by helping my dad in his business, (for which I didn't take a fixed salary as he was already supporting me with my basic needs) Therefore, I don't have any pay slips as I never took a salary from my father. However, to confirm my work except I can provide a work experience certificate signed by my Dad who is the sole proprietor of the business. Do you think this will be accepted by the Canadian Immigration ?
Please note that the business is legally registered in the country of Application.
If you didn't receive a salary then I don't think CIC will allow you to count this as work experience.

With evidences of payments of these and tax deductions etc

Well, the country I reside in doesn't have a tax system. But I am a full time employee. Why should i work for someone else if I can make money for my dad

. Please offer a way around this. Seniors are requested to advise

Agreed. Your father needs to start paying you an official salary that gets deposited to your bank account on a regular basis. Once you have at least one year of experience with an official salary paid, you will be able to consider applying for FSW.

But I have like 4 years experience working with my Dad. What do you think I will do about the previous experience. What if I can show cash receipts from the company in my favor for salary payments ? you think that will be sufficient ? as 4x12 would mean 48 receipts. I can also, allow correspondence with our clients and suppliers who will vouch that I was indeed working with my Dad.

Sir
1. For CIC stage , get letter from your employer stating that you are employed ,and last six months salary slips.
2. For Visa Office Stage , open a bank account tomorrow , and get salary transfers regularly from Now and onwards
This is simple

Cash receipts from the company aren't sufficient. You need to prove that you are a paid employee. Cash receipts don't prove this.

Dear Sir,
The last six month salaries can be in the form of cash vouchers ? Because As i said, i never took fixed salary from my dad.
Also, I am planning to claim 4 years of work experience, Therefore, would the bank deposits from now onwards would be sufficient ?

What other proof would be valid excluding Bank deposit slips as the money was never deposited in my account. Also, I live in UAE so there is no tax system as well.
Please advise.

Also, I am planning to claim 4 years of work experience, Therefore, would the bank deposits from now onwards would be sufficient ? - Yes , but do open a fresh bank account for this
So would I have to show only cash vouchers from past 6 months, then what about my previous 3.5 years of experience ? Can I not claim that ?

Sir
Claim your 4 years experience. You need to attach last six months vouchers only
