Can anyone tell me these are the universities i have shortlisted , i want to apply help me finding which are ambitious, moderate and safe and the course is ms in cs in all universities ..!
Ielts -7 ( L-8.5,R-6.5,W-6,S-6)
Btech- 8.48(71%), 10th - 9.0/10, 12th - 92.2%
Universities:-

york university,Concordia University,University of Windsor,Laval University,

Your IELTS are pretty low for a university since you have 2 scores of 6. MS in CS will be dependent on who else applies for the international student spots.

Universities that I would be considered good: SFU, U of O, Dal, York, Western, McMaster
Still good but a little less: Concordia University of Manitoba, Concordia, University of Regina, Windsor, Guelph
Less good: Lakewood, Lethbridge, Trent
