What are my chances to get into them ?
If there is any other university which suits my profile and is good according to my requirements, then please let me know.

You have made quite a big list...

I think your UG score is little less. Most of the universities that you have stated requires a minimum UG score of 70%.. Do you have any working experience, well it can help you a bit.

Yeah following universities have quite a bit high average GPA of accepted applicants

Your GPA may cause trouble in these universities even though ur GRE is fine
Rest of the universities including Dalhousie University , University of Windsor, Ryerson University can give u a fair chance of acceptance although it would stil depend on the route u choose to follow i.e. research or coursework.
