Hi

I have a question regarding failing to work for a company after I sign a contract?

The issue is am having two interviews by next week and I expect that both companies will finalize the contract on same day of this last interview.

My question is what is the terms or my right if I found that the second job is better than the first one that I already signed for?

Is there any penalties and obligations known in Canada regarding this case, or just I can apology that I cant work for this company and that's it?
