Inland / abroad experience while studying does not count for canadian experience class but does count for FSW
experience count if it complies with the rules (fulltime, paid, and can be prooved etc..).
For example eventhough i counted my recent last 2 years while studying MBA but could not add the very first two while studying BA simply they ask you when you as an applicant were cleared to practice your occupation referring to graduation requirements

Also search if your NOC is regulated occupation, it might require a certificate of trade
