I'm still in the first step. Just sent the transcripts to WES. And my IELTS is on 8th Apr. I believe, receiving ITA takes another 2-3 months. I'm just worried if the liabilities were subtracted from the settlement funds, it will not meet the required funds for POF.
Yep. That's true. But home loan is considered as secured loan. I think it will come under assets. But personal loan is un-secured loan. And should we show 6 months bank statement compulsorily or balance certificate is enough? What if, by the time I receive ITA, the fixed deposit is only 5 months old? Because, I made FD this month. BTW, I'm planning to show FD certificate + my savings account + my spouse savings account as POF

if you can show balance certificate with average balance being above threshold, then it should be fine... my bank wouldnt calculate aaverage balance for 6 months so i gave them balance letter plus 6 months latest statement...
i'm not qualified to answer anything about FDs unfortunately, till date i could not understand what they are lol... perhaps someone else can answer

I have had different job profiles throughout my career in the last 7 years, namely,
1. Research Analyst
2. Project Officer
3. Product Manager - Marketing
My queries are:
1. Would I have a single NOC or 3 different NOCs?
2. What about the job duties? Do they need to match with ones given on the CIC website?
3. Letter of reference. Any particular format?
Hi All,
I am expecting to be invited to apply soon (CRS 434) and my question is, are gift deeds acceptable to justify large (recent) deposits into my bank account? Has anyone here used gift deeds?
