Hi
I am asking again.
I am having problem to choose my NOC.I mean my Designation can be found but the issue is with my responsibilities. They don't match with my position.
Can anyone tell how to determine if they don't match main responsibilities? Also my department is half Technical and half Business Related,it is a combination hard to find.
Thank you in advance for the help.
Kind Regards

WES report envelope meaning the report sent by WES from canada to you ?
or is it the envelope sent by your university for the atttention of WES ?
Only reason why i'm clarifying is its a weird request
1 is yes, 2 is no.

did you receive ITA yet ? if no, you dont have to worry about it now.
and yes, you need to declare all liabilities to CIC when you apply for immg, i'm not sure how it works in india though - banks refuse to give liability letters.
the reason why they want liability letter is to see if you have taken loan to show PoF, which you cannot do....
I'm still in the first step. Just sent the transcripts to WES. And my IELTS is on 8th Apr. I believe, receiving ITA takes another 2-3 months. I'm just worried if the liabilities were subtracted from the settlement funds, it will not meet the required funds for POF.

no i dont think they subtract liabilities... if that was the case then anyone with a home loan would be ****ed..
like i said its just to confirm that you havent taken a loan to show PoF.... as long as thats not the caes then you are good to go

Yep. That's true. But home loan is considered as secured loan. I think it will come under assets. But personal loan is un-secured loan. And should we show 6 months bank statement compulsorily or balance certificate is enough? What if, by the time I receive ITA, the fixed deposit is only 5 months old?
Because, I made FD this month. BTW, I'm planning to show FD certificate + my savings account + my spouse savings account as POF

if you can show balance certificate with average balance being above threshold, then it should be fine... my bank wouldnt calculate aaverage balance for 6 months so i gave them balance letter plus 6 months latest statement...
i'm not qualified to answer anything about FDs unfortunately, till date i could not understand what they are
lol... perhaps someone else can answer

skilled or not skilled depends on which NOC you apply under also...
as long as you were working 40 hrs a week for 4 years straight, then you are fine.

I was working as Data Analyst. Yes it was more than 40 hours.

then you should be fine...
contract workers are treated as normal workers as long as they are working 40+ hrs a week.
good luck
