HI All,
Greetings
I'm new to this forum. Holding 7yrs of Experience in Telecom Billing & Operations. I'm Married and my spouse is working in Banking.
Please advice in applying EE - FSWC.
Initially i'm planning to apply for self and once i get my PR & Job , planned to apply for my Wife and take her to Canada later.
So i want to know the best way to apply together or to go with my above plan.
And how long it would take to get my PR ( Max time line ) with the current process.
Can some one help me in getting my query clarified.
Thanks in advance.

It's hard to give you a timeline since we do not know your CRS. Once you receive an ITA about 80% of applications get a response within 6 months.
Sponsoring your wife can take up to 24 months, so if your plan is not to include her in your application prepare to be separated for a period of time.
Cheers

Just add your education, there is no actual option for "two or more certificates" anymore, if you're entitled for those points the system will calculate automatically.

Follow your WES assessment. One should be bachelors the one a one year diploma/certificate.
Dear experts,
Hope you are doing well? I would like to clear some questions.
1. Which one is the best ECA?
2. Do I need to send them all my degrees + certificates + experience letter + IELTS result or just the final ones?
And if all documents then do I have to pay for each and every single document or just 1 fee?
3. I have lost 2 of my work experience letters, but 1 of them I have copy. Which 1 the main and my send last work experience of 3 years.
4. How can I show my business as full time job in Saudi Arabia? Because it's on sponsor's name which is my uncle. And he is Bahraini.
Many thanks and regards.
Hello Experts,
I am working since 2005 and worked with 4 different employer till date.
My 1 employer with whom I worked from 2007 to 2009 are not giving reference letter due to their own policies.
I have offer letter, salary revised letter, reliving letter and salary slips for them.
Can you suggest what more I many need ? Do I need to notarized anything ?
Regards.

What you have right now isn't sufficient as you're lacking a letter which states your duties and responsibilities. CIC needs to know this in order to match them to the NOC chosen, without them you're risking rejection.
Get proof that you requested that letter from your previous employer (e-mails). Also get a letter from a former manager or colleague to declare your duties and responsibilities, you will have to notarize this. That added to what you currently have will prove sufficient.
Cheers

1 & 2 - Most people use WES - you will need to check what they need from you.
3 - I don't understand this question.
4 - You might need a notarized letter from a third party individual (a client) stating your duties and responsibilities, tax returns, and other proof you can come up with.
Hi Guys,
Filling my study & language section, wanted to clarify:
Should I put less than secondary high school for Class 10th degree & Secondary diploma high school for Class 12th?
TIA
This is regarding ECA-
I need to get my 2 degree accessed- Bachelor and Masters done in Nepal. I have 2 questions regarding this-
1. I have only academic transcripts and degree award certificates- for both. I will send those along with original Academic Transcripts attested by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar. Is it fine?
2. Also, do I need to pay separately (twice) for those assessments, sending separately (in two envelop)- as those are from same university or, can I send those in one envelop with single payment?
Thank you in advance for your information.
Hi Delpiero07,
I mean to say about my work experience. The business I m doing right now I can not claim it's mine or can not get any kind of experience letter here in Saudi Arabia.
And the job before this I lost work experience letter, but I have a copy of that.
So what is the solution of that?
Hello
I have almost completed all my documentation for my express entry application. I received invitation to apply. I am stuck at getting one experience letter from a past employer since the company merged into another company and the new management does not have sufficient record. Could you please tell me what to do. They might issue an experience letter but I'm afraid it won't be as detailed as required by CIC. This is an employer I used to work for around 6 years ago. Would CIC be ruling out against me if the experience letter doesn't show details as required by them.
Note: My present employer and other past employers are providing the letters which do satisfy the requirements. Could you please tell me how critical this one letter would be

It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
But...
(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)
1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp
3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp
4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp
The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.
5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng
You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp
d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.
