Hello All!
If I am looking only at PNPs, do I need to get ECA done for spouse? I mean now since I am not in open pool,10 additional points really do not help much!
10 POINTS is what makes the difference friend
I am confused about one issue regarding my ECA evaluation.
I have completed BBA and MBA from a reputed private university in Bangladesh, my WES evaluation report says my BBA is equivalent of Canadian Bachelor 3 years and my MBA is equivalent of Canadian Bachelor 4 years. My WES report summery says Canadian Bachelor 4 years.
Now I am really confused about my points distribution, from FSW points grid will I get 22 points for 2 degrees or just 21 points for Bachelor only?
If I get only 21 from FSW points grid I am going to loose huge points in CRS distribution which is my greatest concern.
I am desperate for guideline here.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Thank you for the response
My BBA duration was 4 years and MBA duration was 1 year.
It's pretty difficult to digest that different assessing body is giving different level equivalence certificate, I did not realize before WES/ICAS/ UOT assessment varies, one of my friend has done his ECA from ICAS for the same qualification and he got Masters.
Hi Seniors,
Please advise on my below query.
My CRS (with 2 or more bachelors) is 466. I have written to WES to re-evaluate my MBA equivalency and have not received any response yet. If the result is positive, it will increase the CRS to 473.
In the meantime, should I create an EE profile today with 466 points (just incase there is a draw with that cut-off). If yes, can i edit my profile and change the education level to "Masters" later if the WES result is positive?
Please guide. Thanks a lot

Yes please go ahead and create your profile. You can always alter the details until you receive ITA.

I am not sure about their procedure, probably they want masters of 2 years

Hi all,
I am living in BC and I have a permanent job here. I recently create a EE profile, and my score is 442. As I would like to stay in BC(because of my job) can I apply for other provinces to get nomination and if I got invitation, I land there for a while and come back to BC again? Is it possible if I apply for Saskatuan nominee program for example?Would it make sense as I have a job and my spouse is student here?I don't like to loose my job.
Thanks.

Is it possible? Yes
Would I recommend it? No because of repercussions that may arise due to misrepresenting your intent of living in SK. Also, it is a d!ck move for all the people who truly are willing to give SK a chance.
Cheers

10 may or may not make difference, it really depends on what is current score.
If you are somewhere between 440 to 500 then it really makes a difference looking at the history of ITAs
If you are 300 to 380, it is useless.
If you are 390, it makes small difference as it would qualify you for Ontario PNP invitation
500+, doesn't make difference
I just received IELTS overall score 6.5 (CLB equivalency is CLB7). I believe, I would get 66 points under FSW program. My spouse has IELTS overall score 5.5 (CLB equivalency is CLB5) for which we should get five more points for "Adaptability" selection factor. Will we meet EE eligibility criteria under FSWP with these 71 points?
475 points or more (according to Express Entry system #45 on October 19, 2016) required to get ITA. I calculated with CRS points tool and getting 419 points. Is CLB9 must? What are the chances if we create EE profile with current IELTS score? I think, EE profile is valid for one year from the date of creation. If required, we may retake IELTS and create EE profile once we have IELTS results.
Seniors advice greatly appreciated.
Has anyone got US CPA evaluated by WES? What is the equivalency?
