You can select all the interested provinces at the start of the profile creation in express entry system. that way those provinces will invite you when they issue PT. so the answer is yes, you can apply to multiple provinces but once any province issues you nomination then you should inform the other provinces who are processing your nomination about it ethically. this way they can stop processing your nomination.
Hi,
I'm 23 and planning to create an express entry profile. My estimated CRS score is 437. Shall I create the profile? or wait to earn more points (more exp, French language, etc) and then create the profile.
Thanks in advance,
Ronak

Need Help
My wife is mail applicant.
We have mentioned her name before marriage in column where it is required to inform them if we have used any other name.
Now We have to submit documents i.e. legal name change document, letter of explanation, etc.
I have attached marriage certificate. Is this sufficient or do I need to send any other documents.
You will have to submit a notarized Affidavit for name change after marriage. The Affidavit should mention the maiden name of your spouse, date of marriage and the new name. You should also affix a joint photograph and the Affidavit will have to signed by both of you. There are numerous formats available online, you can check for one that would be applicable for your country. Additionally, you will have to submit copy of marriage certificate and copy of your and/or spouse's passport (if spouse's name has been added to the respective passports).

Hi everyone, I need your help on urgent basis.
I have already received Acknowledgement from OINP and its been more than 70 days.
Issue is:
My passport with which I applied was getting expired in Aug, 2016. So I renewed it in April.
My Concern is:
1. How to approach OINP and inform them about the change in Passport details?
2. Should I change the personal details in 'Personal Details' in CIC Account.?
3. Should I send Email to OINP with scans of my new and cancelled passport? will that suffice?
Please guys, help me out here.

As long as you can convincingly prove the source of funds, you should be fine.

Hi Chiran,
You need to select the option 1 if you are applying for immigration to Canada ie. you got ITA . if you are applying for provincial nomination still you need to select the option1 and once its done then you need to order a duplicate WES copy. the link to the same https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. this link is there on Ontario PN site - http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html.
Hi MDM,
Thank you for your quick response. Two more questions please.
10th and 12th educational documents are not necessary to be assessed, right ? And Do I have to have my wife's education assessed if I'm the primary applicant. My wife doesn't have any work experience.
Thank you.

Hi,
its not mandatory to get your wife's education assessed but it always help if you do so. IMO, you should get it done and you dont need to get your 10th and 12th education assessed. get your degree and master ( if you have done both) assessed. that way when you create profile, you can select that you have multiple certificates and provide ECA for both when requested for or when you send your package.
