This is not a problem. Your line of work does not necessarily have to be relevant to your education for the purpose of your PR application! If your roles and responsibilities match the roles in 2171, you can go for it.
If you are not sure if 2171 is the best fit for you, you can send an email with your roles and responsibilities to noc@workingincanada.gc.ca and they'll get back to you with the most appropriate NOC.

Thank you for the quick reply, and yes u r right - there is noting to my score because I anyway entered 'NO' for LMIA. can you please suggest a couple of lines for what explanation can I write about changing my answer for valid job offer to 'NO' I mean how to justify this mistake done in the initial form
Apologize and tell them that you selected "No" by mistake and request them to accept the change. Alos highlight the fact that this has note brought about any change in your CRS whatsoever.
Thanks rajkamalmohanram
My sister got Canada pr and she moved in feb 2016 so do i get any additional points or benefit ?
And my spouse donot have birth certificate as birth certificate is mandatory after 26.01.89 in india and mine birth certificate is in regional language so is there any other way.
What if my company donot provide roles and responsibilities ?

1) You do NOT get any CRS points for having relatives in Canada. You, however, will get 5 points in your FSW grid for having a sister there (Note that you will have to prove the relationship to CIC if you mention & claim points for this).
Check this link (under Adaptability tab) ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
2) Birth Certificates are NOT required for PA and spouse for your post ITA application. Only children require Birth Certificates.
Check this ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp
3)If your employer does not provide a reference letter on the letter head, get it from a supervisor or senior colleague on a plain paper (and get it notarized). Along with this, submit the business card or ID card of the person giving the reference. Also, be sure to provide all other documents like your offer letter, appointment letter, hike letter and payslips.

Schedule A :Background declaration form IMM5669E
Hello guys, Please help me out!!!!!!
I have a query for one of my frnd.
This is regarding Schedule A: Background Declaration Form IMM5669 E. He has difficulty in question 7 (Education)
1. As per Indian Education system, 1st to 7th Grade is considered 'Elementary School', 8th to 12th Grade is considered as "Secondary School" , Graduation and Post graduation comes under "University Education". This is how he has filled his form Ques. 7:
From To Type of certificate/Diploma issued Field of study
2006-06 2008-05 master's degree
2003-06 2006-04 bachelor's
2000-06 2001-05 High school Science
1999-06 2000-04 high School Science
1998-06 1999-03 Secondary General
Ques. 1: Has he filled the form correctly?
Quest.2 : Is this information enough, or does he have to mention education details from 8th grade?
ques.3. : Between each grade (Eg. Between 10th and 11th grade) there is a gap of 2 months (Summer Vacation). Same goes for between 11th and 12th grade. Does he need to mention about these gaps?

The designation/job title does not matter in deciding the NOC, NOC depends on your duties and responsibilities. If you are not sure about your NOC, you can write to noc@workingincanada.gc.ca with your duties and responsibilities for each company, they will let you know which NOC is the closest fit.

You can see the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) and IELTS mapping here http://ieltscanadatest.com/test-results/ielts-and-clb/
Good thing about WES is that they do not charge by the number of degrees for an applicant, so you can send as many degrees/diplomas/certificates which you want to be assessed. If it is Bachelors and a certificate/diploma, you get more points than just if you send Bachelors for assessment. However, if you want to get ECA done for your wife, it will be treated as a new applicant and payment also would be extra. WES does not allow to combine main applicants and spouse's ECA together.
ECA and IELTS for spouse is optional, you can get up to a maximum of 10 and 20 points respectively added to your CRS depending on ECA Report and IELTS score.

Hi guys,
I just want to double check for the police record check document. They are only asking it for the countries that we've lived in since we are 18, correct?
Hi.
I am gathering papers after my Ita and I am struggling with some issues.
I am the primary applicant. My spouse got an ECA for her master by wes thanks to her university but the department issuing the diploma is extremely slow. It is been 6 months she is asking them to give the diploma and they don't do anything. Is it mandatory to have a copy of her diploma apply after ITA or is the ECA enough ?
Other question. I am a CEC inland without LMIA. I have a 3 year contract starting now full time. In the letter of employement that my supervisor will give me should i mention that is it only for 3 years ? My supervisor said I can write the letter he will just sign it.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, you must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more consecutive months since the age of 18.
I asked this question a few days ago but didn't get a response (I might have missed it). I have another question regarding ECA reports. Are we expected to have an ECA for all our degrees or the highest degree? which in my case is a Masters. I ask this because I only had my masters evaluated which was what I used when I submitted my PNP application.
Thank you in advance.

Highest degree is fine in your case as you have already got highest points for your level of education. For someone who got Masters evaluated as Canadian equivalence of Bachelors, it is advisable to get the Bachelors evaluated as well. This could allow them to claim additional points by using "two or more degrees" Credential.
