Not LMIA based. Its international experience and already have more than the 3 years for max points.
I don't think you / primary applicant need to notify CIC about that unless your NOC job code or your roles and responsibilities changes. Also it's not explicitely mentioned here (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/next_steps.asp) about the job. But if you want to be safe you/PA can notify them about job changes, in case CIC officer calls your ex-company to check on your employment status, which is less likely, but sometimes they have done it.
You notify CIC additionally of that, right?
Where can read about the method how?

You can send them a case specific enquiry using the link below:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
You can use Case Specific Enquiry link for change in information such as address, births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in employment, change of representative or urgent requests.
Hey guys,
I have a quick question, I recently got an invite under CEC but while reviewing and validating my forms I realised that I did a mistake while filling the work history form.
The answer I filled is (Do you have a current job offer 'Yes' Do you have a positive LMIA 'No') though it did not gave me any points for arranged employment or LMIA but still I know the answer to this question (Do I have a current valid job offer should be 'NO') as i do not have an LMIA from my employer
My concern is can I still edit my form after receiving the Invite? and if I do not edit my answer and continue with the same invitation, can this affect my application even if I haven't got any points for LMIA?
Hi Frnds/Seniors,
I got ITA on 10 Feb and filling forms before the document checklist.
I have one query:
I was in UK for 2 months in 2013. Do I need to mention that address as well in my address history section along with my other addresses in post ITA forms ? Please suggest. I know PCC is NA for UK as I have stayed less than 6 months.
Please see below the details for your ease:
Feb 2003- Sep 2013 - Address 1 (In Pune/India)
Sep 2013- Oct 2013 - Address 2 (In London/UK)
Oct 2013- Till date – Same above address of Pune/India (Address 1)
Please suggest do I need to mention Address 2 as well in the address History section or can I go ahead with mentioning Address 1 from Feb 2003-Till date ??
I have already declared UK travel in travel history section. Please help on above query

Since you did not get any points for this, there is no problem. Add a LOE mentioning the same if you see the need.

Since this was an international travel, you might have to mention the UK address in the address history section.

OK thanks Raj,I will mention the UK address for two months and format will look like below in my PR form:
Feb 2003- Sep 2013 - Address 1 (In Pune/India)
Sep 2013- Oct 2013 - Address 2 (In London/UK)
Oct 2013- Till date – Same above address of Pune/India (Address 1)

Yes. Since you have not stayed in the UK for 6 months, you do NOT need a PCC. You can get an PCC for India from PSK in Pune. PSK PCCs are not time/geography bound.
Good luck!

Thank you for the answer Raj,
One more thing I am concerned about is - While filling the forms before document checklist, I still have the option to update the work history form before submitting the documents. is that right to do? Can I change my answer to 'No' for the current valid job offer question? as the previous form before receiving the ITA is already transmitted and locked.

Yes, I don't see why you should not make this change. Since there is absolutely no change to your points, you are good to go! You can add a LOE telling why you changed this, if you see the need!
Hi Raj,
Does PCC from PSKs has any address (like present/permanent) in that ??
can you please help me with the format how PCC from PSK looks like?

You can google for the format.
PSK PCC doesn't have any addresses or time periods.
