Hi all,
I've gone through "Determine your eligibility" questionnaire and filled the form with following details. Unfortunately the result shows I'm not eligible to apply for Express Entry. Does anyone know which part makes me ineligible ?! Thanks

Ontario
-Canada's official languages are English and French. Which language test did you take for your first official language?
IELTS
-What date did you take this test?
February 28, 2015
-Enter the test score for Speaking.
7
-Enter the test score for Listening.
7.5
-Enter the test score for Reading.

-Enter the test score for Writing.

-Canada's official languages are English and French. Which language test did you take for your second official language?
None
-In the last three years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have in Canada? It must have been full-time (or an equal amount in part time).
None
-During this period, which National Occupation Classification (NOC) level is most of the experience in? If you do not have any Canadian work experience during this period, please choose "None of the above".
None of the above
-In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation.
One
-In the last five years, do you have at least two years of experience in one of these types of jobs (skilled trades)?industrial, electrical and construction trades (NOC codes that start in 72)maintenance and equipment operation trades (NOC codes that start in 73)supervisors and technical jobs in natural resources, agriculture and related production (NOC codes that start in 82)processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators (NOC codes that start in 92)chefs and cooks or (NOC codes that start in 632)butchers and bakers (NOC codes that start in 633)

None of the above
-What is your marital status?
Never Married/Single
the biggest minus score that i see in my experience is the work experience and the IELTS score. you only have one year. and your IELTS score wasnt good enough. we have the same answers except your birth year, years of foreign work, and IELTS score. one year work experience will not make it with the ielts score that you have. before i took my ielts exam, i made sure that i should get at least CLB 9 just to pass the eligibility exam, and this while i already have a 2+ year work experience.
this is just my personal experience. but you can test this by taking the exam again and try changing your work experience to 2 years at least. if it still doesnt make it, try putting your ielts score higher. that is the only way you can see at what section you were failing.

Does the job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
No (because it does not stated it there).
Four digit NOC code of current work permit
There is no option for selecting "NO" (In this case I am selecting the 2172 Noc code)
Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
No
Can you please help me in this ?
Thanks,
Dear friends,
I have a problem.
Due to some problems between the owners and shareholders, the company that I work for has put us on hold for a few months and they don't agree to give us any letter regarding job experience. I have worked for them for more than 1000 hours and with my other job experience (both eligible) it counts towards one year of job experience in canada.
However, i cannot get employment letter now, but i have their full time permanent job offer.
Can I submit my job offer and my T4 documents as the proof of my job experience or should it be my employment letter? In my job offer it says that I work for a maximum of 20 hours until I finish my studies and after that I can work full time and for 45 hours a week.
I will be eligible as i have passed my second year of PhD and i will be eligible for FSW. But I need this job offer to be able to claim for 1 year of my canadian job experience.
I have 3 questions.
1. Job offer plus T4 is enough for proof of my work employment?
2. Do they call the manager to ask them or they just send an email? And do they have to answer that email?
3. My job with the company is not related to my degree. Do they consider it?
Dear EE fellows,
Please help me answer a few questions with my PR application for EE
1)For work experience I have 2.5 years of experience but 2 years was as a trainee engineer. Please note that I had graduated from uni and was on the job training where I worked full time with salary. I hope that this experience shouldn't be considered apprenticeship as CIC has particularly asked not to mention any apprenticeship period
2)In Application Profile details under Immigration history and Citizenship, there are two questions
Have I applied to CIC before? (Yes as I applied for PR under previous FSWP before EE)
Have I applied for PR before? (I have answered no although I applied for FSWP last year as it asks for PR file no and I did not get any as my application was returned initially)
3)Under Family Section
1) How much CAD funds that I have to show at least as a single person?
2) What is the definition of relatives? I don't think relatives include 1st cousins according to CIC
I will really appreciate if someone can answer these questions
Thank u,
Regards
Ammar
