then you are doing something wrong. you might have overread something (but thats just my hunch just in case you would start arguing again). i tried doing the assessment with the info you've provided. you are eligible.

I have recently renewed my passport. When it asks for my passport details, should Inenter both of them, or just the renewed one? I am entering both of them and maybe that is causing the ineligibility!

Another question: I read somewhere in this forum that if my NOC is type A I should have 7 in each skills. My NOC is 2133 , is it type A? And is it true that I need 7 in each language skill?

I am creating EE profile >>>We need to know some information about XXXX family. Tell us about his/her family.
>>>What funds (Canadian dollars) does XXXX have available to bring to Canada to support XXXXX and his/her family?
While I am applying under CEC do I need any fund to support Spouse??

read the official instructions for CEC. I believe you need to show funds unless you have a job offer with LMIA and are legally permitted to work in Canada.

I know this, Unless you are currently authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada, you must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada. It looks like I don't need fund, but the page I am in now I don't know how to fill the gap.
Hi!
I have applied and sent FSW application in Aug 2014 and got UCI no. in Dec 2014. No new feedback as of today in ECAS, so recently i decided to do the Express Entry as well, and mentioned my UCI number there. Do you think this will help expedite the processing of my application? Or, should i just withdraw my Express Entry Application and wait for process of my already existing FSW application. Appreciate advise for peace of mind.
My score is 349 and i am trying for LMIA i have few questions please help
1. My employer said that he can get me an LMIA but have to wait for a project approval so will take about 2-3 months but may be during this time I will have to take a break so question here is.... is it fine to have a break between your work experience for 2 months ... I have already 16 months of work experience with the employer..
2. I have already applied for EE once I receive my LMIA how can i inform them that I have my LMIA approved .....should i withdraw and reapply is it possible to withdraw and reapply..
Can anyone help me out for this... I am currently working on a post-graduate work permit in Canada, it does not have LMO or LMIA will it still be counted as a valid job offer to give me 600 points?
