Hey guys please help me . I have to apply for my Pr .
I got my pcc saying that there is no adverse information against me which would render him ineligible for RESIDENCE PERMIT for CANADA. My lawyer saying it’s wrong pcc it should be immigration purpose . Please help .

it is not wrong, go for it.
It is the format by which the statement is written on PCC

WHERE YOU WANT TO UPLOAD...WHILE FILING OUT EE YOU NEED TO PROVIDE REF NUMBER AND POST ITA YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT WITH OTHER DOX.

I wonder if I want to apply express entry, do I need WES or ECA for studies that I completed in India( bachelors degree) but I finished my highest qualification in canada ( masters degree). please provide appropriate response.

Hi folks,

Hope all are staying safe!

I've received an ITA to apply under CEC. When I created my profile, i answered "Yes" to ( Does ......... have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada ).

Now that I am working on submitting my application. I've noticed that I won't be claiming any points for a relative since I am applying under CEC.

Can the answer be changed to "No" keeping in mind i answered "Yes" when i created my profile? If that's fine, do I need to provide a LOE?

Hi guys. I'm thinking of applying for express entry but the issue is my current job as an Inventory Officer in a Supermarket likely falls under NOC 1524 which is skill C. I'm a graduate of Computer Science and our work involves processing of invoices from suppliers, and setting retail prices of product as well as keeping stock all using a Computer. Is there another NOC I can use that falls under Skill A O or B. Thank you

Your responsibilities match the NOC so search the database if you are skill B.

Unfortunately it is listed as skill C. I'm trying to see if there is a NOC at level A B or O with similar responsibilities in order to be eligible for express entry

I have created my EE profile on March 17th 2021 with below details.
ECA : completed in Apr 2018
Ielts : completed in Jan 2021 (scores : L 8, R 7, W 6.5, S 7.5)
Work Exp : approx. 7.5 years in last 10 years in Accounting and Finance
My CRS score was 365
On March 19th, I got msg in EE portal that I am ineligible for EE. Has anyone faced same situation? I thought this may happened due to wrong selection of my education level and my NoC code selection.

I did my Master's (5 yrs in college+2 yrs in University) from India however ECA results shows Canadian equivalency as
Bachelor degree 4 yes and post graduate diploma 1 yr. So, I have selected education level as Bachelor's degree with 2 or more certificate. Do I have to select Master's degree in EE profile?

Lastly, as I have done Master's in Commerce with specialization in Accounting and I worked in the same field for 7.5 yrs, I selected the NOC code as 1311 which matches my job duties. But I so not have any other certification apart from my Master's.Does this NOC code requires a specific education/certification in Accounting?

You aren’t answering something correctly as I believe you have enough eligibility points (67). Doesn’t matter if your education doesn’t match your work experience. You don’t select a Masters.

I will certainly check all the details again. Please advise if I have to withdraw my EE application and create a new one or should I update all the details in the existing EE profile.
Also should I select Education as Master's or Bachelor's.
