Hello,
1. Is there any issue with overlapping of studies ie Bachelor & ACCA ? WES evaluated both as Bachelors.
2. Should experience letter meniton all increments in salary?
@TanakaM , as someone mentioned above thank you so much for your help towards everyone, highly appreciated.
i was having save problem but WES gave assesment of graduation for 3 yrs as i did my graduation by distance learning ,but my consultant said it in not a big deal and overlaping should not be a problem,i forget to mention that i was doing full time diploma while i did my graduation by distance learning.i think i depands on what assesment WES gives you.

regarding your second question i think you should make salary certificate differently from experience certificate. In my case i made salary statement differently for one year with any kind of increments written on it

Hi,
That won't be necessary. Just mention your current salary. All they want is to know that you were paid.

hello everyone..
what is the basic differnce between these two questions....
NO -1 Has Mr xxxxxx been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? (required)
NO-2 Has MR XXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: (required)
I Have rejections from pr to Australia ,Pr to Canada, Vistor Visa rejection from Canada and Vistor Visa from Usa
what should i answer to these question.....should i disclose everything and what should i answer for each questions.
i am very much confused
Any one who can throw light on this?
Thanks in Advance
Hi,
Answer yes to both questions and give the same information. Disclose everything as not doing so is a misrepresentation. If rejections were not for criminal reason they should not affect you.

Hi,
1. No issue with overlapping.
2. No, just your current salary or whatever you were earning.

Hi, I have worked in India and in the UK (on deputation for a year) for the same company. Do I need mention the work history in 3 sections. 1. Time I worked in India before being deputed to the UK 2. Time I worked in UK on deputation 3. Time I worked in India after being deputed to the UK. or should I mention the entire job/work history in 1 section considering I worked for the same company. In India also, I worked in multiple locations.
Any help/guidance would be highly appreciated.
Hi,
This can be entered as 1 entry in the employment history section, unless your job titles were different.
In the personal history section, you can separate them. Just explain this in your LOE. Don't forget to get UK PCC.

Hi All,
I need an urgent help. Would appreciate if anyone can help here. My post graduate diploma has been assessed as Postgraduate diploma (one semester). Can you please tell how I should proceed in this situation? Should I select "Two or more diploma/degree .." option in Express Entry?
Below is My WES evaluation for your reference:
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree (three years)
CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS
1. Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Commerce
Year: 2006
Awarded by: Saurashtra University
Status: Recognized Institution
Major/Specialization: Business Administration
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (three years)
2. Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: University Postgraduate Diploma
Year: 2012
Awarded by: Gujarat University
Status: Recognized Institution
Major/Specialization: Marketing Management
Canadian Equivalency: Postgraduate diploma (one semester)
Hi,
This is a tricky one. My gut tells me that this will not qualify as "two or more..." because Postgraduate diploma (one semester) does not appear on the list of accepted credentials:
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
Important notice: One must be for a program of three or more years.
ECA assessment results:
A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree
PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or:
- Post-Bachelor's Certificate
- Post-undergraduate certificate
- Post-Bachelor's Diploma
- Post-undergraduate diploma
- Graduate Certificate
- Graduate Certificate with a focus in [area of concentration]
- Postgraduate certificate
- Postgraduate Diploma
- Graduate Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration]
- Graduate diploma
- two-year Postgraduate Diploma, specializing in [name of discipline]
- two-year Bachelor’s after degree with a focus in [area of concentration]
- one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline]
- Dual Bachelor’s degree (four years)
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/education-assessed/read-report.html
But then again, the above does not specify how long the Diploma should have taken. The only way to be sure is to create an EE profile and see how many points it gives you. There is no option to select "two or more..", you enter each credential separately and then the system gives you the appropriate number of points.
Please let me know what the system awards you.
All the best
Hi Everyone
I've a query regarding ,
which provinces are better for migration according to employment situation and weather?
Regards
Hi,
The employment question is too broad and requires a lot of research based on your particular field and the network you have (family, friends etc).
Weather- Among the big 3, B.C has less severe winters followed by Ontario and then Alberta.
Hope this general info helps.
regards
Thanks for your quick response...
Being a Govt. Organisation..superior won't take it ownself!!
This is my secondary noc...
Is it compulsory to show it?....as i am working under it at present..!!! If not, than how and in what column i can show it without having any technical questions from immigration officer?
I am planning to apply quoting my previous job experience i.e. primary NOC.
Right. If you are not claiming points for it, do not include it in employment history. Only mention it in the personal history section, where no evidence is required.

Hello,
1. I am working as a senior lecturer in a university previously my post was lecturer in the same organization. I am showing both as seperate entries in the work history. Hr dept will only give me one experience letter as responsibilities in both are same. Should i then upload the same letter twice?
2. I got 15 points for relatives in canada but after ita i am thinking to delete that as its becoming a hassle collecting all docs. My crs will be above the cutoff by 1 point & 67;points achieved. Can i change the option to no relatives after ita?

Hi,
1) Yes, you can upload the same letter twice.
2) No, you can not change this as it will take you below 67 points, thus making you ineligible. Secondly, since you were awarded 15 points you will fall below the draw's cutoff. Your application will definitely be rejected if you change this.

You can change your EE profile as many times as you want. Personal history is only after you have an ITA. So don't worry.
