I have 417 points. got an invitation(ITA) on apr 19th and lowest crs score on the day is 415.
Submitted my application on may 7th
medical pass on june 7th.
Plan 1:
I am planning to get married in next 2 months. Once i have marriage certificate, if i link my wife application, will they recalculate my points??
or
Plan 2:
Should i wait until i got my PR and then apply through spouse sponsorship program? If i apply, since processing time is almost 9-12 months. should i able apply work permit for spouse? She already have visiting visa to canada.

I'm close to submitting my documents for eAPR. I have one concern:
My brother is a permanent resident in Canada. To submit proof of relationship documents, I have our birth certificates, passport, income tax assessment proof, driving license and pr card. There are some minor discrepancies in our father's name. My father's full name is Vinod Chandra Tripathi and same is reflected on my birth certificate and passport. But on my brother's birth certificate and passport, my father's middle name is missing. It's Vinod Tripathi. Will that be an issue? Should I get an affidavit? What kind of affidavit do I need? (FYI my father is no more so I can't get his signature on affidavit)
Please advise.

One more query, for point 3 if I select 'no' for spouse work history (keeping in view that she doesn't have any canadian work experience), will this constitute as 'misrepresentation'?
1) Just enter the name as per degree certificate and enter the number of year you did it in. This wont be an issue. It ok to enter both your degrees since they have both been assessed.
2) In employment history just enter your 1st employer, 8 years is enough experience. Then enter 2 and 3 in personal history (post ITA), no evidence will be required in this section.
3) If your wife does not have Canadian experience there is no need for this as you wont get any points. So just say she doesnt have any experience. You can the enter all her experience in personal history (post-ITA).
For point # 3, If I select No for my spouse work history in the EE profile (on the basis that she has no canadian work experience) will this constitute as 'misrepresentation'?
