In response to point 1 above, are you saying he should enter both qualifications because they have all been assesed? What about if only the MBA was assesed? Will it be appropriate to enter the bachelors degree as well for record purposes in the EE knowing that he will only get the maximum points with the masters degree. Thanks
IMO, No. The fact that you Bachelors has no ECA makes it irrelevant for the purposes of your application. Therefore, just like work experience you are not claiming points for, it must go to personal history alone.
I have uploaded and submitted all docs including medicals and paid the entire fees 30 days ago. when is earliest that I should expect a reply from CIC?

Okay. Noted! When do you enter your personal history? Is it during completing the EE or post ITA? Please advise. I am yet to enter the pool and will be using my masters only.

I have a job I am claiming points for, but the company is closed down. I am planning to get the General Manager of the company at the time to write a reference letter for me on a plain paper. I will be including my employment letter, a study leave letter that I was given when I was taking time off to do my MSc, and a pension letter. Salary was paid by hand when I was working there so I can't get a bank statement, also I have lost most of the other documents due to relocation. Do you think the employment letter, study leave approval letter, and pension letter along with the reference letter written by the former GM will be enough?
My score is 421 and got ITA last month. In EE profile I mistakenly selected job offer as YES but however due to other details in that section I was not awarded 50 pts for arranged employment, can I change the job offer to NO in eAPR in order to skip the document upload part for this section? Pls advise
while checking the eligibility from come to Canada tool it does not ask about education and the result comes you are not eligible . I have done thrice but same thing , tool does not ask about education ???............please help me out !!

Well, it doesnt look like you have any other option but to use these documents. Just make sure the letter from the former GM has all the required details and is notarised. Also give a the visa officer a good explanation.
You can order GCMS note, which give details on how an application is being handled. These must be ordered by a Canadian citizen or PR holder, cost 5CAD and take about 30 days to be produced. Some say they are only useful if orders after 50-60 day from AOR. (google them)
6 months is not the maximum. They say approximately 80% of applications will be processed within 6 months. So it may take longer. CIC will contact you if they need more information.

It does:
"What is the highest level of education for which you have earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate, or have had an Educational Credential Assessment? (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years.) If you did not earn a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate, you may need to have your foreign education assessed by an agency approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. They must show that it is valid, and equal to a completed Canadian credential. "
You are perhaps not getting to the stage where it asks this because you are not eligible based on the answers you provide before you get to the education question.
For example: the amount of money you will bring should be based on your family size should.
