I have the same issue. And even before it disappeared I was not able to see the submitted information; the page took ages to load and I would close the tab every time.
Anyway you should have printscreened the pages with provided information and save it for yourself before submitting your application to avoid this kind of issues. Why haven't you?
Thanks Dedicated, I did take few screen shots randomly say around 5-6. This apparently happened after the maintenance which happened on Tuesday (Ontario time i guess). I really hope it goes smooth.

Probably a harbinger of PPR (as at least 1 member suggested) or just random application bug. Doesn't make a difference to your application though.
Wish it comes true Asivad.

Before submitting my app, I printscreened Address history, Personal activities, and Travel history in order to be consistent in future if it comes back to them.

If there is anything wrong found in the reports the Panel Physician will contact applicant. So nothing to worry if there is no call from the hospital. Some Hospitals do not have in built test for HIV and Syphilis, and they depend on other agencies which might take some time. There are recent applicants who got medical passed after 50 days. so do not panic and just wait.
Checked with Hospital, reports were positive and uploaded on 22nd November.
Wonder why it is not reflecting on the portal.
Will wait it out.

@experts,
I still cannot see the transmitted information page, and i have not got any response to the technical issue reported either. Even Raj is having the same issue. Pls let me know if others also faced/facing the same issue ?
@Raj,
Since when have been seeing this issue on your profile ?
Thanks,
Guys,
Im also facing the same error. Seems like some bug on CIC site.
Btw... Any updates for applicants who have submitted there apps on Nov 24 ?
Raj, asivad and rafzy...
Thank you much guys. I have raised CSE along with refusal letter received for visitor visa. I have told them that may be I have said 'no' inadvertantly and the same is a mistake without any intention to misrepresent. Hope my application is saved and i do not see the rejection.
Thanks again. Best of luck and take care

Other members on this thread,
Could you please be kind and check this on your profiles and kindly report back how it looks? Would be great. Thanks for your time.
I can see transmitted page "Documents submitted by the client ". I see all my documents in green. For instance:
Provided
Uploaded Filename: ANDREI_NAVUMAU_Marriage_Licence_Certificate.pdf
Is it the matter?
BTW, I printscreened every page before submission and while submitting my application.

Before when you pressed on
View submitted application, there was each section with a red padlock and
Transmitted status. Now it's gone.
Hi guys,
I have received ITA and completing my profile for submission. I have following query:
My passport only has my first name (surname is blank on the passport) while my degree certificates and work experience letters have my full name and surname. I have prepared an affidavit to explain this discrepancy.
While completing the profile, there is a question, "Has this person ever used any other name?"
Should I answer this as Yes? My understanding is its only valid for name changes and I haven't changed my name.
Thanks
Hi ,
My Current status is as below .
Eligibility check : - In progress .
Medical :- Passed
Additional docs :-NN
BG:-NN
after going through the forum I understand that BG status usually change from NN to NS and then NN.
I don't remember whether my BG status changed to NS any time or not .
Could you please help me know if can check the same .

Yes. I am also facing the same thing.
I guess for all applicants, its better to get a screen shot of all sections of your e-APR before submitting it.

Thanks for sharing people. Apparently, this is a technical issue. I have reported this issue to IRCC.
