My background check has finally going in progress today. Took SGVO quite a while to open my file apparently
 
i tried calling on 6139444000 and followed IVR instructions, when selecting the option to connect to an agent, the IVR said this option is not available for you.. (may be because am calling from outside of CANADA)

can somebody explain me a way to contact CIC? am a PNP Outland

Hi All,

Last night, my BG got changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" from "Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check."

What does this suppose to mean?
My R10 and 11.2 checks are completed?
My file has been transferred to LVO?

Yes, I noticed it too but I am not sure. I tried to find out the cause but I wasn't able to.

Those who are submitting passports, how many forms (Appendix B of PPR) are you submitting. 1 for everybody or 1 for each?
