Hi there, not in my case, photo for E Apr was 35*45mm however PPR was 50*70, i had to retake them since CIC also request for name and address of photographer on the back, might just be for my visa Office (paris)

yes that was exactly it, in my PPR letter they even linked to that pdf. Make sure when you take it that the background is WHITE, they refused my first one because the photographer did light grey instead of white (apparently that was the old spec)

What is return tracker?

Its the number on the canada post express envelope in which CIC send back your stamped passport, so that you can track your passports.

BTW what's your current BG status?

Everything is ok. I used to log in there few times every day and I log via RBC so I can't change password. I don't know what to do.
