You need to have one primary NOC that is for at least one year of continuous work. So you must pick one as you will have employment letters to match the NOC. A job offer in these NOCs is slim given they are not necessarily in-demand like IT or healthcare.
As per this document which is attached in alberta website shows that occupation demand by region . it has administractive jobs. so should i take it as plus ?
Also i don't understand one thing.
PNP draw score is mostly 700 on wards and then there are other immigration program which is not mentioned have a CRS cut point at 491. What are these no specified programs ? Are they different from PNP. cox if thats the case with this much low score i should opt for these. but what are these?

Well there will be admin jobs in all regions. Not a plus. You need to be nominated with that NOC and CRS score, and Alberta doesn’t post what NOCs they select but they have a tech pathway so may be some indication. Alberta also prioritized those people who have family in the province, know French and are working in the province.
As everyone knows, EE is stopped due to IT glitches following NOC updates.
Is there anything, we can do to expedite the PR process? My score is 470, and my NOC code is 21211 (Lead Data Scientist), applying from outside Canada - I am open to PNPs.
I did select the PNP options during EE profile registration - I am wondering if there is anything else we can do?
