Employer can upgrade a security guard to supervisor?

M working as a security guard and m on bonded work permit. And my employer wants me to upgrade as a supervisor on that same workpermit to apply my PNP in canada, British Columbia. I just wanna know he can upgrade me or not?

you can find the answer in your work permit. read what it says relat3d to occupation, together with the notes at the bottom.
