Hey just received email from IRCC, June 2017 applicant, case went to secondary review in August 2017. Today they emailed me saying secondary review was completed and they need additional docs to finalize the renewal. Here's what they want.. and I am confused ..
Hi I just received email from IRCC regarding the pr card renewal. This is after secondary review was completed and they asked additional docs.
Photocopies of ALL pages (including blank pages) of your passport(s)/travel document(s) held in the last five (5) years. Ensure all pages are in colour and are clearly legible; We have received these and attached them to your file. (I think I am done with this and no need to send again)
AND
Personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by your country of citizenship and the countries where you have travelled or resided; Please ensure you include the ENTRY/EXIT record for the PHILIPPINES. (Are they asking only for Philippines because my passport shows other countries visit as well) I have entry exit stamp in the passport, Can i send the stamp copy to them. I already sent it , I don't know why they are asking again?
AND
· Any other document(s) supporting your physical presence in Canada (This is optional right)

Seems like there is some confusion about the dates you are claiming to be in Canada. Would take this very seriously and get any information proving that you were in Canada.

Are they only asking for philippines in this case?

Hi.. I am just confused by the 2nd point.. I mean are they just asking for Philippines entry exit record? I visited philippines for 5 days. I guess they overlooked the passport stamp. The passport contains both entry and exit stamp. Should I re send them the entry exit stamp copy? Or are they asking for all countries entry exit record? Please advise thanks
HI canuck78 you're correct. I just checked the passport and there's a fatal error on the stamps. The philippines immigration stamped the departure date wrong and placed it 1 year back.
Hi guys. 2017July applicant here. App went to secondary review in August 2017 and additionally documents sent to cic September 2017. I just checked Ecas and status has changed to decision made. I will update again once I find out what the decision is. Hopefully it’s a positive one.
