Hi guys. I have a score of 445. What do you think would be the scenario in 2016? It is moving down to 450 recently. Is it a safe bet to assume that chances are favoring those stuck in their 440?
I received PNP but I have opted to wait for the ITA. Was it a smart move on my part? My IELTS(8 bands) would expire this June as well.
This wait and see scenario is frustrating and suspense is leading to nowhere.
All you guys who applied recently can chip in their experience so far.

I will prefer to be invited by the Federal draw as Ontario PNP is a double and longer process and has an extra fee of $1500 and other fees as well. But is 445 enough?

Yes, that would be the ideal case, I was also waiting for one at 451 since October 2015. But when I got the PT NOI from Ontario, I went ahead with it and I do not regret it as the score has not come down below 453 since then.
Guys I am stuck at 447. I received a PNP interest letter from Ontario and pei. I did not apply to them yet. I am in talks with an employer in Vancouver. They might give me a job once I get my PR. I am not sure if I should apply to pnp because then I have to stay in the province I have been nominated. I could retake my ielts and if lucky I might end up with 450 or 453. Should I retake ielts ? I am not really confident about the exam
I think with the latest announcement on March 9, 2016 It would be better off applying for PNPs (if there is one) rather than playing the waiting game. This is my perception though.
Since Jan 2015 till today, the cutoff score in draws has touched 450 only twice - which clearly indicates that even 450 is not a good enough score to receive ITA soon. With a score of 450, the waiting time to receive ITA can be anywhere between 8 to 12 months.
PNP is the best alternative for candidates with scores upto 453 CRS points.
