My GCMS note was going to be in transit on Feb/2 and at the same time, my secondary office changed from Ottawa to Etobicoke.
My ecas changed to application received on Apr/2 and my primary office became etobicoke and secoundary office is CIO.
The agent said the reason why it is transferred is work load at Sydney. ^^;
