Hi guys, i need an info. I can not get my applocation while trying to get an update over ECAS online. It says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:...".

But i have provided a correct information. Here is my timeline
AOR - 06-Nov-20
Med passed 15-Dec
Bio given on 16-Dec.
Outland PNP applicant.
2 ghost updates so far. - 20 and 24-Jan.

I raised a webform last week and recieved an email from IRCC my file is located at local visa office.

The problem is why ECAS online couldn't track my application and provide an update over my application.

2021 Apr Transfered to Etobicoke, Status changed to "App Received" from "In Process"
2021 May Get phone call from IRCC asking questions about work/live experience, next day status changed back to "In Progress" again.

Do you mean you got DM in ECAS? and it changes to application received? Weird.
