ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

Hi guys, I got the same situation. My status changed from "In Process" to "Application received". I have no idea what's happening... Someone said this is because the file is transferred to the local visa office. I also applied for ATIP request yesterday. I am an inland applicant.
My timeline:
June 23, 2020 - AR
January 12, 2021 - AOR
January 18, 2021 - Biometrics
March 9, 2021 - Status changed from IP to AR

Anything changed? Did you recieve MR?

Your ecas has been flipped to in process again?

I checked it in March first week.. It said application received

Is the status changed to in process? My friend whose ecas changed to AR at Winnipeg on Mar/5 flipped back to IP yesterday and got medical pass of upfront he did on Feb/5.

Four more my friends who are OINP applicants have ecas changed to Application Received today. Etobicoke may proceed applications transferred.

Refer to this post. You are transferred to local office for eligibility. Eligibility is pending to many applicants. I guess workload is divided with local office.
