ECAS - Address change from Ontario res. to Quebec Res. after Landing.

Hello All,

Don't want to create new topic but other threads are inactive. Hence creating as new topic. Please help.

My brother sponsored his wife and now she got DM after 2 years. She landed recently in ON, Canada. and she moved to Quebec after one week. She already applied for Medical heath care in Quebec. Now they are missing one last step. Therefore i have a question OBO them.

Is it safe to change address from Ontario residence to Quebec Residence in ECAS Online ? In Short, will CIC object or suspect why she moved to Quebec since she was sponsered as spouse from Ontario ? OR Should i call Call or update address Online instead ?

Also she has condition 51 on Landed paper.

Are you implying that your brothers wife has no intention of living with your brother? Why would she land in Ontario and then move to Quebec after one week?

Something about this story isn't right.

If she moved to quebec with her husband there is no problem to change address. But if she moved to quebec alone and doesn't lived with her husband anymore, that is a fraud. With condition 51 she must lived with her husband for 2 year, if not her PR status become invalid.
