Hi,
I have received ITA but I am confused on whether to decline it or accept it. I have my PCC from India and my FBI PCC applied. The problem is that my wife was in UAE for 6 months and thus her PCC is also needed. Now I don't know if we would be able to get her PCC in 60 days as getting a PCC from Dubai is really painful.
CIC understand such things.
IMO, you just apply for PCC in Dubai and enclose the same (letter) in your PR application that you have applied and waiting for it and it takes more than 2 months. You should be thorough.
u will get in 60 days.. i m dubai myself.. things here r way more quick..
try to chk dubaipolce website or call their embassy if they can help u..
or contact a friend..
The problem is not UAE. The problem is US, I need to go to my secretary of state ( yes, believe it!) and then go to Washington to get authenticated. Next I need to go to UAE embassy and get it legalized. Then send it to UAE and finally get it back

For Indians requiring PCC from GCC countries - you can approach an agency "Genius attestation" having its offices in India and GCC countries.
I have personally received my PCC for UAE through them while I am currently staying in Bahrain. I received it in 15 days only after completing Fingerprint card attestation and formalities and the submitting my application to the agent.
