Accept ITA?

I have received ITA for PR of Canada. It would take more than 90 days to get my documents ready to be uploaded (FBI PCC, Medical etc). Should I decline the invitation and accept the same in say March. My CRS score is 479

It's your call. You can always ask for an extension if you do not get the FBI PCC on time.

Medicals take 15 days max. With the new FBI eDO system it takes 2 days.

DO you know if CIC accepts eDO for non US citizen or green card holders? IF yes, how much does it charge?

There is new FBI PCC system which can give you PC is few days, people have been getting their PCC in 2 days currently. For medicals can be done easily if everything is fine. It shouldn't take 90 days as bottleneck has been resolved.

I would say, put some effort and get it done asap.

Yes, fee is $18 for both eDO and old system.

That new system is for everyone. It costs the same as the old process

Did you mistake the eDo for the FBI-Approved Channeler process? What lead you to say that eDO is for non US citizen or green card holders?If it were, we'd read it on their website, right?

This is the link https://www.edo.cjis.gov . You start off by submitting your email. Once you have submitted your email address, you receive a link to access the application with a PIN. Upon entering the PIN in the space provided, the site takes you to the actual application similar to the one which was being mailed. Once the application is filled in, we have to make a payment for the application. A confirmation email will be sent to you with an order number and payment verification code. The next step is to mail your prints along with the confirmation email.
