Quick question - If you are only planning to stay for a short while I suppose someone locally would receive your PR card/s and courier them over to you. Recently we have heard of a few instances where people have been asked to physically present themselves to get the PR card. Any thoughts on this?

Well Hinavin, As till from all the experiences I read here and when I enquired in canada, I strongly believe that its still ok to courier PR to any address..But again I read in the CIC website that PR card will be handed in person only..So with my present situation, I will have to take a chance..for sure I will let everyone know it went on..

Hi All,
Had a doubt reagarding Goods list.. In the accompanying list do I need to mention mobile phones??
In the Goods to follow list actually I dont have any idea regarding the number of items i might be taking (eg: dress, kitchen utensils, bedlinens, bath linens etc..)..anyway I am making an approx list..but I see in all its mentione the numbers or the box numbers.. Do I need to mention that specifically or just dress with approx price is enuf??
