I have noticed one thing, that applicants who got their E-case changed yesterday were not based in UAE. KShahid Based in Karachi, Stish resides in Bahrain and Fawakeel resides in KSA. May be the UAE GUY was absent yesterday ;D ;D. Hopefully he will be present on coming Tuesday. 8)

My File number on 2nd AOR is old one ......Is there any diff of some persons gets new file number at the time of submission of Full docs to ND VO and some gets same only... ?

usually after you submit the full documents u will get 2nd AOR in tht your new file number appears, tht will be ur file number till u finish ur landing.

Apparently they often want you physically present stating photo etc as reason thus you are in Canada you wont be able to get the PR.

How do you re-enter Canada without a PR? Thus can never leave?!?!?!?

Hi, the same practice is still there. Many give there relatives and friends address and once received by them, the PR is couriered to the concern person. But its a risky thing..!! Always advisable to stay until you receive your PR.

But you can still enter Canada without PR card. You will have to approach your local CHC, and by providing them the requested documents, they will give you temporary travel permit.

the Ecase change is not the Error

the Error is some guys mailing address became blank , tht will be rectified
