I have received my invitation and applied for PR a month back.
But now I am being asked to apply for WorkPermit (for Quebec) by my current employer.
I am in a spot now.
PR application will take 6-8 months(if everything goes as planned) and my WP should be for 6 months
Can I apply for the WP.Will the fact it is for Quebec be an issue
I think it should not effect my PR application, but what abt my WP application.HOw should I communicate my intent.
Actually me being in Quebec will help my prospect of finding a job is Canada(outside Quebec).So its a positive but in no way want to break the rule.
Am ready to leave canada and come back when I get my PR.
Has someoen come across such a situation.
